REPLACEMENT & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Sangvisha, we are committed to ensuring a seamless shopping experience and your complete satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return & Exchange Window

  • You can request a replacement or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To initiate a return, please email us at sangvishafashion@gmail.com or call us at +91-9925290315.

2. Pickup & Shipping Process

  • Reverse Pickup: Once you notify us, our courier partner will arrange a return pickup within 24 to 48 hours and provide a return packing slip.

  • Self-Shipping: If reverse pickup service is not available in your pin code, please ship the package back to us in its original condition. We will reimburse your courier charges up to INR 100/- via a coupon code.

  • Tracking Details: To speed up your return process, please email us the AWB number, courier company name, your name, order number, and the product SKU once you dispatch the item.

3. Return Conditions

For a successful return or exchange, the product must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be unwashed, unused, and undamaged.

  • It must have all the original tags, packaging, and invoice intact.

  • Please note: Any damage resulting from neglect, improper usage, or application will not be covered under this policy.

4. Refunds & Store Credit (Coupon Code)

  • We do not offer cash refunds. Instead, upon receiving and verifying the returned product, we will issue a Coupon Code equivalent to the Product Value + INR 100 (as shipping reimbursement).

  • This Coupon Code will be valid for 1 year from the date of issue and can be used for any future purchase on our website.

5. Damaged Packages & Wrong Products

  • Damaged Delivery: If you notice that the outer packaging is damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please verify the product's quality and quantity against the invoice before accepting it.

  • Wrong/Damaged Product Inside: If you open the package and find the product itself is damaged or wrong, you must report it to us at sangvishafashion@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

Terms of Acceptance

By placing an order on our website, you automatically agree to all the terms and conditions mentioned above. If you do not agree with these policies, please do not proceed with your order.

Jurisdiction

All legal disputes and cases will be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts in Surat only.
