1. Delivery Network & Locations

  • Free Shipping Across India: We are proud to offer 100% Free Shipping on all orders delivered anywhere within India. There is no minimum order value required to avail of free shipping.

2. Delivery Timelines & Working Days

  • Standard Delivery: For areas serviced by major courier partners, orders are usually delivered within 7 to 8 business days after dispatch (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Heavy/Bulky Orders: Items weighing over 2 kg or having high volume may require an additional 2 to 3 days to deliver.

  • Remote Locations: Pin codes not covered by regular courier companies will be shipped via India Post, which may take 1 to 2 weeks depending on the exact location.

  • Weekend Deliveries: Most courier companies operate on a 5-day work week, so deliveries are generally not made on Saturdays and Sundays. However, in special cases, Saturday delivery can be organized at an additional cost, depending on availability.

  • Delivery Hours: Deliveries take place during regular working hours (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM) of the courier partner.

3. Multiple/Split Shipments

  • If you purchase two or more items, they may arrive in separate packages and on different days. This happens due to varying product availability at our warehouses or to ensure the maximum safety of the products during transit.

4. Shipping Policy Updates

  • Policy Updates: Sangvisha reserves the right to modify its shipping policy or introduce new shipping models at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will always be visible on the checkout page.

5. Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once you place an order, a confirmation email containing all details will be sent to your registered email address.

  • After shipment, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor your package's journey until it reaches your doorstep.

6. Handling Delays & Order Cancellations

  • While we strive to meet our estimated delivery dates, unexpected logistics challenges, weather conditions, or unforeseen events beyond our control may sometimes cause delays. Sangvisha is not liable for such transit delays, and we appreciate your patience in these situations.

  • If a shipment takes unusually long or becomes physically untraceable by the courier company, Sangvisha reserves the right to cancel the order at its sole discretion and issue a full refund to the customer.
